Andante Management has been recently created as a change management company. We strongly believe that change and transition only can succeed, reach the announced objectives and create the targeted added value when properly managed. Change management is more than just project management and training…it’s about management and leadership, enabling individuals, teams and organisations to make sense of successful change management! Change management is a transformation process enabling individuals, teams and organisations to improve their output and performance.

As broadly known change is unsuccessful in more than 50% of the cases. All studies show that change processes fail or do not reach the announced targets and that this is due to a lack of management of the human factor. We combine more than 20 years of company experience at national and at international level and more than 5 years of academically back round in leading change. Our interventions focus change in cases such as restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, cultural change or IT-based process change.

Andante Management will assist your company or your organisation leading change in a professional way. Our intervention can target process change, organisational change or cultural change. In most cases we will have a mixture of all three types of changes.

We have a multiple partner relation enabling us to provide you with the best models, tools and techniques. We can establish in short time teams with the best available professionals. Andante is an Italian music term for “walking”. It’s a terminology that appeared in the 17th century designating a tempo between an adagio and an allegro.
